Young Achievers Football Tourney: APFAN Kwara Charges Bashmed FA, SC Primisport-Lasora To Go For Victory

The leadership of Kwara State chapter of Association of Proprietors of Football Academies of Nigeria (APFAN) has urged Bashmed Football Academy and SC Primisport-Lasora to make the association proud in the upcoming 5 states Academies tournament organized by Young Achievers Limited.

According to the APFAN Chairman in Kwara State, Bello Lasora Abubakar Ola, the tournament which will hold at Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode will provide opportunity for young and talented footballers to take their career to the next level.

“Playing in this great competition and environment will definitely improve the academy’s lads as they will have the opportunity to compete with other regions Academy players” says the helmsman

The two football academies are the only teams from Kwara state to participate in the event as teams from Lagos, Kogi, Delta and Ogun States will also be on the card.

Bello believes that Bashmed FA, which aims to create a distinct football culture and develop young talents skills and habit to make Nigeria and Africa a major contender at the world stage will perform better in the competition.

He commended the organising committee for the initiative of the  tournament of where Food, Water, Jerseys and accommodation will be provided for the participating teams throughout the event.

SC Primisport-Lasora Soccer Academy is a jointly venture by UEFA Scout /Coach  Jorge Ramon Gomez an Argentine & Italian and  Bello-Lasoro Abubakar Ola with mission to produce quality young players that will meet the demand of football in the world.

Drawn in Group B are SC Primisport-Lasora who will be playing Danjuma Babes on 24th October, Future Stars 99 Academy on 25th and Papa Academy on the 26th of the same month.

Bashmed F.A will also be calling the shot in Group D – where they will play Kadesh of Lagos in their opening match, Young Achievers of Kogi on 25th October, and Tasce FC of Ogun on 26th of the same month.

Both teams participated in the Academies Champions League Ilorin 2021 organized by APFAN-Kwara in summer this year where Junior Striker FA from Lagos won the trophy with 2-1 against Unity Soccer Academy of Offa- Bashmed and, SC Primisport-Lasora clinching third and fourth positions respectively.
