Everton Delighted With Vandrezzer Good Start To Life In Lagos

Following Vandrezzer FC impressive start to life in Lagos, having recently relocated from Akwa Ibom state which has seen them win three and drawn one from their four pre-season games played so far, Owosports.com.ng reports.

Coach of the side, Rafael Everton is satisfied with the momentum going in the team as he believes they will be ready to get the ball rolling when the Nigerian National league (NNL) finally kicks off next week.

Speaking in a post match conference after Vandrezzer’s 2-1 win over Joy Cometh FC at the Agege Stadium (Soccer Temple) on Wednesday, the Brazilian tatician said: “Four games, three wins and one draw is a good start. It a good one for us but it not a league it a friendly game, we use friendly to make corrections.

“It very important to have that confidence to score goals and win games, it okay I have taken a lot of positives from the games, it very important for us as we go into the first game of the Nigeria National League next week” he opined.

Brazilian Ivo Junior and Anietie Uko strikes gifted the Lions of Niaja their third win in four games as they remain unbeaten with the only draw coming against MFM FC of Lagos, the other two wins have however come against Team Lagos and Remo Stars.
