Leon Balogun is reportedly back in time for Wigan Athletic championship clash against Blackburn Rovers after missing last weekend clash against Huddersfield Town to Injury.
Manager Paul Cook has confirmed that the Nigerian is fit for Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship clash against Blackburn Rivers at the DW Stadium.
Leon Balogun who recently sign a parmarnet deal on Thursday to continue with the Championship side until January 2021.
“Leon Balogun is fit now. We’ve also got Gary Roberts who felt something in his calf and Gavin Massey who is in the real late stages of coming back,”Cook stated during his pre-match press conference.
“The reality going into the Blackburn game and going into a tough week is that we’ve got a good squad, strong people to pick from and they’re all champing at the bit, which is great for me.
Balogun, who arrived Wigan on loan from Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion in January has featured in six league games for the club.
