Former Super Eagles striker contract officially expired on Tuesday 30 June, and it is reported that Ideye declined on signing a short term extension that was offered.
Yenagoa-born decided to move on from the Yellow-Blacks after his current deal expired on last day of June.
The 31-year-old forward netted 10 goals and one assist from 31 games for the club last season.
