Fenando Adi Says Building A Church In His Village In Benue Remains His Greatest Achievement

Nigerian striker Fenando Adi has explained that building a church in his community in Benue state remains his greatest achievement ever in his career as a footballer.

Adi is one of the best strikers Nigeria has considering his goal scoring sense and the clubs he has played for.

But despite his fine form, he has not been invited into the Super Eagles even though he’s optimistic of getting an invite soon.

While answering questions from Journalists on NSM which is one of the biggest WhatsApp group in Nigeria, the 29-year-old revealed that he has built a church in his town in Benue state.

“Thanks for this question and I will say that building a church in my community in Benue is my greatest achievement so far in life because it’s something I dreamt of when I was 9 and I vowed to do.

“To God be the glory, the church was built in 2017 and I have handed all important documents to the people which I’m glad I did,” Adi explained on NSM.

Adi who’s currently on the books of Columbus Crew SC in the Major Soccer League also revealed that he would love to play in the Nigerian League even if it will be a game.
