Nigeria National Women’s Basketball team, D’Tigress beat Cote D’Ivoire to qualify for the semi final of the 2021 FIBA Women’s Africa Basketball championship currently ongoing in Yaounde Cameroon, Owosports.com.ng reports.
D’Tigress defeated Cote D’Ivoire by 72 – 56 points in the quater finals match played at the Palais Polyvalent Des Sports Yaounde Cameroon early on Thursday.
It was a total dominant display by the Nigerian ladies who proved too powerful for the Ivorians as they came out top in the first three quarters with the Ivorians edging only in the fourth quarter.
