Kwara United have completed the
signing of defender Jide Williams from Heartland FC, reports OwoSports.
The defender spent just one season at Heartland football club after joinning from Nasarawa United, however the duration of his contract with the Harmony boys is yet to be made public by the Kwara state based club.
Jide Williams came into reckoning as one of Nigeria Professional Football League outstanding defender during his days with Nasarawa United.
Kwara United are looking to strengthen the squad ahead of next season after they narrowly escaped being relegated due to the cancellation of the football season due to the spread of Coronavirus, have made Jide Williams the club sixth summer signings after the arrival of Dele Aiyenugba, Jide Fatokun, Nosiru Afeez, Michael Ohanu and Kabiru Adewole Adeniji.
Kwara United finished 19th on the log last season after twenty five round of matches.
