A round-up of Nigerian players who where in action for their respective club’s in Europe on this weekend, reports.

In England Alex Iwobi featured for Everton as the Toffees returned to winning ways beating Norwich City 2-0 at Goodison Park thanks to Andros Townsend and Doucoure.

William Troost-Ekong and Emmanuel Dennis saw full 90 minutes of action for Watford in their 1-1 draw with Newcastle United at Vicarage Road.

They were however booked in the 40th and 17th minute respectively, meanwhile Peter Etebo featured for just 15 minutes coming on as a second half substitute.
