Pre-season friendly: Kwara United to play Niger Tornadoes on Thursday in Ilorin

Kwara United will be playing host to Niger Tornadoes on Thursday, November 3, in a pre-season friendly game.

Confirming the match, the Kwara United Chief Coach, Lukman Ijaiya said the game will begin from 8am at the main bowl of the University of Ilorin Sports Complex.

Niger Tornadoes are stopping by the Emirate city of Ilorin for the game on their way from Ogun State where they had engaged both Remo Stars and FC Ebedei in friendly games.

While the Ikoh Allah boys played a 1-1 draw against Remo Stars, it also recorded 1-0 loss to FC Ebedei.

Tornadoes on Sunday lost 2-0 Shooting Stars in a pre-season friendly game played at the Lekan Salami Stadium Complex Adamasingba in Ibadan.

Both teams have intensified preparations ahead of the new season of the Nigeria Professional football league with kick off date yet to be known
