Tobi Amusan Wins 3rd Consecutive Diamond League Title In Oregon

Nigerian sprint star Tobi Amusan has emerged the winner of the women’s 100 metres hurdles at the Wada Diamond League in Eugene, Oregon, US, Owosports.com.ng reports.

Amusan retained her Diamond League title on Sunday evening with a season best of 12.33 seconds ahead of Olympics champion Jasmine Camacho-Quinn of Puerto Rico (12.38s), USA Kendra Harrison (12.44s) and World champion, Jamaica’s Danielle Williams (12.47s).

The Nigerian golden girl bounced back from the disappointment at the World Athletics Championship in Budapest to become the second woman in Diamond League history after Dawn Nelson Harper to win a hat-trick of the 100m hurdles titles.
