Warri Wolves Chairman Task Players on Commitment, Professionalism

… Says Players Welfare is Paramount

Ahead of The Nigeria National League, NNL 2023/24 season billed to commence on Saturday November 11, 2023, Chairman of Warri Wolves FC, Neville Ambakaderomo, has tasked the players to stay focused as professionals, promising that Management plans to unfold a better Welfare package for the team.

The Chairman who said this while addressing the players briefly in one of the team’s training sessions hinted on the face-lift of the team’s Warri based camp, noting that more of such will be done as the Welfare of players remain Paramount in the daily programming of the team.

He charged the players to always feel free to get one on one with him noting also that developments of individual players for the collective goal of the team remains a collective responsible for the team for this season.

He urged the players to stay responsible and committed to achieving promotion back to the top flight, insisting that gaining Promotion this season is none negotiable .

“At the Management level, I want to assure both New and old players that there is a greater commitment to the Welfare of players as we get in to another season”

” Players should stay focused, remain committed to giving their best as Professionals seeking Promotion, and There should be no room for distractions”

It would be recalled that The Seasiders narrowly lost out of securing a Nigerian National League playoff spot last season and were eliminated in the semi-final of the 2023 Federation Cup in Lagos.

The seasiders, are competing in Southern Conference B, and will now play home matches at the Kwale Township Stadium as Warri Township Stadium is still under renovation.
