Watford Confirms The Arrival Of Emmanuel Dennis

Newly promoted English Premiership side Watford have announced the capturing of Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis from Belguim top-flight side Club Brugge, www.Owosports.com.ng reports.

“An agreement with Club Brugge has been reached for the transfer of exciting young forward Emmanuel Dennis, we are delighted Emmanuel”, the Club statement reads.

The 23-year-old Nigerian spent part of last season on loan in Germany’s Bundesliga with 1. FC Köln, having first joined the Belgian top-flight side in the summer of 2017.

The Nigerian International scored 27 goals in over 90 appearance for club Brugge, he has also featured in both the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.

The Hornets are currently finalising personal terms with the pacy striker who has been capped twice by Nigeria.

The striker began his professional career in the Ukranian Premier League with Zorya Luhansk before completing a move to Club Brugge in the summer of 2017 for a fee of €1.2 million.

Emmanuel Dennis will join compatriots Williams Troost-Ekong, Issac Success And Tom-Dale Bashiru who are currently on the payroll of Watford.
